In 1998, several independent consultants, representing many years of technical expertise, came together to form Crosspoint Consulting. We had all seen the negative results caused by solutions that were often “piece-meal” in nature, and had been deployed without due diligence to corporate synergy. Our goal was to understand and maximize the impact of technology on an entire organization, from personnel to management, from productivity to profitability. Therefore, we aggressively pursued opportunities to expand our experience by:
